Files in Descriptions and Clearer File Protection

Every Workspace now has 1 GB of file space in Free and 10 GB in Pro. When a Workspace's files reach 80% of the space, its Leads get a heads-up in the bell, and the Files page offers one-click ways to make room.

A Viewer for Your Files
Click a file to see it right in WeaselWorks: zoom and rotate pictures, read PDFs and text files, and use the arrows to go through every file on the task. Word, Excel and PowerPoint files get a Download button.

Files for Site Owners
WordPress administrators get a Files page in WP Admin with the space each Workspace uses, every file on the site, and a check that your files are closed to the public. Export and Import can now include your files.

Tidy Up Your Files
Leads get a Files page under Manage that shows what takes up space, keeps important files safe and moves many to Trash at once. Optional Automatic Clean-Up sends files nobody has opened for months to Trash, with a notice a week before.

Attach Files
Add pictures, PDFs and documents to tasks on shared Boards and to comments: drop them in, paste a screenshot or click Choose Files. Files stay private to your team on your own website, and photos lose their location details.

More Ways to Work in My Work
Change a task's status or due date right from the list, move overdue tasks to Tomorrow or Next Week, or select several to edit or complete together. My Work has filters for Board, status, owner and label, quick due-date tiles and search, and long drop-down lists now have a search box.

My Work
My Work is a new view that gathers your tasks from every Board in one place, with overdue first. Tabs show what's assigned to you, what you've starred and what you follow. A gold number in the top bar shows what's overdue or due today. Press M to open it.

Follow a Task
Click the eye at the top of a task to hear about new comments, status and date changes, a new owner, and when it's completed. You automatically follow tasks you own, comment on or are mentioned in, and updates arrive in the bell's new Following tab.
