This privacy policy explains what happens to your information when you visit weasel.works. In short: we don't track you, and visiting this site sets no cookies unless you sign in.

Who We Are

weasel.works is the website of WeaselWorks, a project management plugin for WordPress made by WeaselWorks Interactive LLC, a Montana limited liability company. You can reach us at support@weasel.works.

What We Collect When You Visit

• No analytics or tracking. We don't use Google Analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or similar tools.
• No cookies for visitors. Browsing the site without signing in sets no cookies.
• Server logs. Like every website, our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.

Signing In

If you have an account on this site and sign in, WordPress sets cookies to keep you signed in. These last two days, or two weeks if you choose to stay signed in, and are removed when you sign out. A temporary cookie also checks that your browser accepts cookies.

Fonts

Our fonts load from Google Fonts. To show them, your browser contacts Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser information. See Google's privacy policy for how Google handles this.

The WeaselWorks Plugin

When you use WeaselWorks on your own website, your projects, tasks, comments and team details stay in your own WordPress database. We don't receive or store any of it. The free plugin contains no sales or tracking code (no Freemius code) and sends nothing to us or anyone else.

Buying WeaselWorks Pro

Purchases, payments, Pro licenses and Pro's automatic updates are handled by our sales partner, Freemius. When you try or buy Pro, Freemius collects what it needs to process the order, such as your name, email address and payment details, under its own privacy policy.

When you activate a Pro license on your site, your name, email address and site details (such as your site's address) are shared with Freemius to tie the license to you, and Pro then checks with Freemius for its license and updates. Marketing emails are opt-in and off by default.

Who We Share Your Information With

We don't sell or share your information. Our web host processes server logs on our behalf, Google receives the information described under Fonts, and Freemius handles Pro purchases and licenses as described above.

Your Rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@weasel.works.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this privacy policy and the date at the top. Our Terms of Use cover how weasel.works and WeaselWorks may be used.
