The WeaselWorks invitation status for each person shows in the Account column on a Workspace's Members tab. At a glance you can see who has signed in, who is still to start, and whose link has run out.
In short: use the Not Signed In Yet filter, tick everyone it shows and choose Bulk Actions › Send Invitation to nudge them all at once.
What Each WeaselWorks Invitation Status Means
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Signed In | They are using WeaselWorks. It shows when they were last seen. |
| Invited | The invitation was sent, but they haven't signed in yet. The line underneath shows when, for example "Invite Sent: Oct 19". |
| Invitation Expired | The set-up link ran out before they used it. |
| Not Invited Yet | They were added, but no invitation has been sent. |
| Has an Account | They already had an account. The line underneath shows "Invite Sent" with a date, or "No sign-in recorded yet". |
Resending an Invitation
- On the Members tab, find the person.
- Click Resend under their name, or Copy Invitation to send it yourself.
- Resend creates a fresh link and cancels the old one. Copy reuses the current link while it still works.
A set-up link lasts as long as your site's WordPress password links, 24 hours by default. If the link has expired, they can open it anyway and choose Send Me a New Link.
Watch out: if several people's WeaselWorks invitation status stays Invited for days, the emails may not be arriving. Check Notification Emails Aren't Arriving.
