Someone Can’t See Their Workspace
If someone can’t see their WeaselWorks Workspace, check their WordPress role under Access, their Workspace membership, the Workspace status and their invitation.
Notification Emails Aren’t Arriving
WeaselWorks emails not arriving? Send a test, check spam, set a From Email on your domain and use an SMTP plugin such as WP Mail SMTP.
Something Looks Out of Date After an Update
After a WeaselWorks update, old screens usually come from a cache. Clear your host cache and caching plugin, then hard-refresh your browser.
