These terms of use apply to weasel.works and the WeaselWorks plugins (WeaselWorks and the WeaselWorks Pro add-on), made by WeaselWorks Interactive LLC, a Montana limited liability company ("we"). By using any of them, you agree to them.

The Website

You're welcome to browse weasel.works, read its content and download WeaselWorks. Please don't misuse the site, try to break it or use it for anything unlawful.

WeaselWorks Free

WeaselWorks Free is free software released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. You can use it on as many sites as you like. It's provided as is, without any warranty.

WeaselWorks Pro

WeaselWorks Pro is a separate add-on, sold as a yearly or lifetime license for 1, 5 or unlimited sites. You can try it free for 14 days first. A yearly license keeps working after it ends; only updates and priority email support stop, and renewing turns them back on. A lifetime license includes updates and support for as long as Pro is sold.

Refunds: within 14 days of buying, if Pro has a problem we can't resolve, we'll refund you. A refund deactivates the license.

Payments, licenses and refunds are handled by our sales partner, Freemius, whose checkout terms also apply to Pro purchases.

Your Data

WeaselWorks runs on your own website, and everything you put into it stays in your own database. You're responsible for your site, its backups and the people you give access to. Our Privacy Policy explains how weasel.works handles visitor information.

Names and Artwork

The WeaselWorks name, logo and weasel artwork belong to WeaselWorks Interactive LLC. The software license covers the code, not our name or branding.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, WeaselWorks Interactive LLC isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of data, from using the website or the plugin. Our total liability for WeaselWorks Pro is limited to what you paid for it in the last 12 months.

Changes to These Terms of Use

We may update these terms of use from time to time. We'll change the date at the top when we do.
